Specialized OCD & Anxiety Therapy on Long Island, NY
Evidence-Based treatment to break free from OCD, Anxiety, and Related Disorders.
About Me
Long Island OCD & Anxiety Therapy is the practice name of Jessica Bedziner, PsyD, a New York State licensed psychologist who earned her doctorate from Hofstra University. Dr. Bedziner provides evidence-based therapy for children, teens, and adults in New York. She specializes in the treatment of obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), body dysmorphic disorder (BDD), and related conditions, and she also works with individuals experiencing anxiety disorders.
Her approach is collaborative, compassionate, and grounded in research supported treatments, including Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). She has extensive experience working in an intensive outpatient program (IOP) for OCD, anxiety, and related disorders, where she treated complex and severe cases for over four years.
She strives to create a supportive, nonjudgmental space where clients can learn new ways to respond to anxiety and build lives guided by what matters most to them.
